As public art consultants we work with developers and architects to formulate the art strategy and vision for public, private and corporate environments. Our strength lies in helping to define the vision of a place – translating this into a creative brief. Leveraging our understanding of the architectural and construction process alongside our experience in the arts industry, we know that projects need a clear vision and a compelling story, the right creative partners, good communication and stakeholder management, attention to detail and management rigour to be delivered successfully.

“From design, through fabrication and installation, Citizen showed a willingness to ensure that the signage, branding and wayfinding elements of the project were in keeping with the design intent whilst also ensuring that it became a facility the community would be proud of. This is perfectly encapsulated by the blue sphere that marks the entrance to the Blacktown exercise Sports and Technology Hub.”

“It’s hard to choose the best thing about working with Citizen Group. It might be the endless, calming support they offered when I had to tackle my first ever annual report for SGCH. It could be the attention to detail they put into all their beautiful design work, capturing and conveying so well the purpose that’s intrinsic to our work. Or it’s possibly the fact they deliver everything not only on time, but usually ahead of time. It’s been a pleasure to work with such outstanding design professionals.”

“The MAAS team has been working closely with Citizen on a range of design challenges for the Museums Discovery Centre. This project has its complexities, being a collaboration between three museums and Citizen have been able to anticipate issues before they arise and be flexible in working through solutions that meet the needs of each stakeholder. Though presented with a tight schedule of deadlines they have always delivered. We would recommend the services of Jacqueline and her team.”
