Project background

Founded in 2016 in NYC, Rebound Studios was created by a new mum in need of a place to work-out after giving birth where she could also bring along her baby. Despite the hundreds of fitness studios in the city, there was no dedicated studio to help women rebuild their bodies and connect postpartum.

Originally a pop-up, Rebound Studios is now launching its first studio space in central Manhattan in late 2019. Rebound Studios will be the go-to baby friendly studio for women to work out postpartum. Our mission is to help women build strength and community through fitness.
